For Finisterre’s pop-up inside Selfridges London, Foundry Studio delivered the full design and build of a temporary retail space that reflected the brand’s coastal roots and commitment to craftsmanship.

Working with reclaimed timber, bespoke joinery, and immersive lighting, we created a tactile, functional environment designed to sit confidently within one of the world’s most iconic department stores.

From early concept through to installation, every element was designed and manufactured in-house. Reclaimed timber walls, bespoke display furniture, and integrated hanging systems were developed to balance visual impact with durability and repeat use.

Careful consideration was given to circulation, product visibility, and installation efficiency, ensuring the space worked seamlessly within Selfridges’ high-footfall environment.

The result is a retail pop-up that feels authentic to Finisterre while meeting the practical demands of a premium department store. More than a temporary installation, the space functioned as a physical expression of the brand — robust, considered, and built to perform.
