FAQ’S

  • Yes. Our 5,000 sq ft facility is fully kitted out and set up for in-house prototyping and production, so we can move fast and keep quality tight.

  • Urgent timelines?
We do rush projects when capacity allows (rush fee applies).

  • Yes — we can source/ship material and finish samples. Sample packs are chargeable and deductible against production (scope-dependent).

  • Renders reflect agreed specs and finishes; real-world variations in grain, colour, patina and batch can occur. Final finishes are confirmed via samples.

  • We can quote delivery & install, provide RAMS, and coordinate on-site. Out-of-hours or accelerated programmes may carry a surcharge.

  • Available as fixed fee or % of build (typically 5–10%). Includes programme, tendering, weekly site meetings, cost/variation control, snag to handover.

  • Item desBecause every project is bespoke, there isn’t a single “typical” price. Costs vary depending on scale, materials, level of detail, and whether the piece is a one-off or part of a wider rollout. What we can promise is clear, transparent pricing once we understand your brief — with no surprises and no vague estimates.

  • Item dPricing is shaped by a few key factors: materials and finishes, complexity of the design, quantity, manufacturing time, and whether installation is required. Lead times and access constraints can also play a role. Once we’ve discussed how the piece will be used and where it will live, we’ll guide you through the options and help balance budget, durability and design intent.

  • Yes — regularly. We collaborate closely with architects, interior designers and project teams, either as a delivery partner or from early concept stage. We’re used to working from drawings and specs, developing details, and resolving design challenges through making. Clear communication and buildability are a big part of what we bring to the table

  • At minimum, we’ll need an outline of the space, intended use, approximate dimensions, and any material or finish preferences. Reference images, drawings or mood boards are always helpful but not essential. After an initial discovery call, we’ll confirm scope and provide a clear proposal outlining costs, timelines and next steps.
